Leigh Academies Trust (LAT) is proud to announce its selection as a finalist in three categories at the 2026 MAT Excellence Awards. These awards represent a national benchmark for excellence, celebrating the transformative impact and collective achievements of the UK’s leading multi-academy trusts.
The Trust has been shortlisted for:
- Large MAT of the Year
- Trust Executive Team of the Year
- CEO of the Year
These nominations recognise the Trust’s sustained commitment to delivering educational excellence and the collective strength of its leadership.
While the individual nomination for CEO of the Year acknowledges exceptional individual leadership, the Trust would like to emphasise that this achievement also reflects the collective dedication of staff, governors and the wider executive team, whose collaborative approach continues to drive positive outcomes for all students.
