Tree Tops Primary Academy values the differences and talents of all our pupils, parents and staff. We focus on preparing our children for the next step in their education, ensuring they are fully engaged in all aspects of their learning, including decision making and cross-curricular planning. Learning experiences, which our pupils will remember for their whole education career, are created by our hard working and dedicated staff where pupils, of all ages, are given the opportunity to work with experts and children in other year groups and cluster schools. It’s our pupils who are our best advert and they would warmly welcome the chance to proudly show you our school.

All pupils are given every opportunity to develop to their full potential, intellectually, spiritually, emotionally, morally, socially and physically.

We provide a broad and balanced curriculum, which includes the Foundation Stage, the National Curriculum and Religious Education; all the curriculum will be relevant and skilful teaching will respond to the needs of each pupil in the school.

Parents are kept fully informed of their child’s progress and are given opportunities and sufficient time to discuss issues regarding their child. We endeavour to work in partnership with parents at all times. We consider their opinion and value their help and support.

Tree Tops Primary Academy has 267 pupils, located on the outskirts of Maidstone. The academy is set in magnificent grounds, with ample space for both outdoor learning and play. Our thriving nursery is located on site and offers an excellent start for our children’s education. We have separate facilities for KS1 and KS2, as well as rooms for small group and specialist teaching.

We offer our children a range of additional experiences and support, including; a resident artist, ukulele lessons, counselling, play therapy, our nurture unit (The Tree House), a numbers count teacher and an on-site speech and language therapist.

In March 2015, the academy was removed from Special Measure and given a Requires Improvement rating with Good for Leadership and Management. This is a significant recognition of the rapid improvements made by the current team and a good basis for achieving even more in the near future.
